CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS
Landlords, Tenants & Agents may incur charges if they cancel our appointment without adequate notice or do not attend. We will wait for 15 minutes beyond the appointment time, then a charge of up to the amount of the full fee will be levied.
- Over 24 hours notice no charge
- Less than 24 hours notice but day prior to appointment 50% unless slot can be filled with another job
- Same day notice or non attendance of parties Up to the full fee (minimum charge £50)
