Inventory & Check-In Discount: When an Inventory and Check-In are carried out during the same appointment, a 50% discount will be applied to the Check-In fee.
Extra rooms: £8 each. Using an inventory not prepared by us may incur an additional £15 charge at our discretion.

Additional Information
Extra rooms include a second reception room, second bathroom or cloakroom, study, conservatory, utility room, store room, garage, shed and similar spaces.
We reserve the right to charge more than the guide price for exceptionally stocked properties or properties outside our usual area.
Cancellation of Appointments
Landlords, tenants and agents may incur charges if an appointment is cancelled without adequate notice or if parties do not attend. We will wait for 15 minutes beyond the agreed appointment time; after this, a charge of up to the full fee may be levied.
